Privacy Policy
Plain English. What we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Last updated: November 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by Svoboda Sanitation Service Inc., a sanitation service based at 3276 Johnstown St NE, Johnstown, ND 58235. Phone 701-869-2629.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the forms:
- Your name, address, phone, email, and notes when you request service or send a message.
- Your name, service address, invoice number, email, and payment amount when you pay a bill. Card numbers go directly to Stripe, not to us.
We also keep a short web server log (IP addresses, timestamps, which pages were requested) for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To deliver the service you asked for, follow up on questions, and keep the books straight. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments
Card payments run through Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment step.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to make the forms work (CSRF protection) and to remember your theme choice (light or dark). That is it. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels.
Data retention
Form submissions and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for business purposes, which is typically 7 years for tax and accounting reasons. You can ask for a copy of what we have. You can also ask us to delete anything we no longer need by calling or emailing the office.
Changes
If we update this policy we update the date at the top.
